The golf cart must be removed before 5 PM on Thurs., Oct 31.
On payment, the buyer will receive a bill of sale (which will allow you to purchase temporary 45 day tags should you desire to do so). Within that 45 days period, the attorney for the estate will process the transfer of the title through the Franklin County Probate Court and the title transfer documents will be mailed to you.

Items close 2 items per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).

If you are the high bidder, you will receive an emailed notification that your invoice is ready to view on the website after all items in the auction have closed; your invoice will include a link to sign up for your pickup appointment.

Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash payments. There is no sales tax on these items as you pay sales tax to the DMV when you transfer title to your name. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
