2017 Dutchmen Denali 350FK 38.8 ft. Travel Trailer. Trailer has been used as a stationary vacation / 2nd home, and is in current use. No known active leaks. There is a soft spot in the front left corner of the kitchen area. Fabric of canopy will need to be replaced.

The trailer must be removed before 5 PM on Thurs., Oct 31.
On payment, the buyer will receive a bill of sale (which will allow you to purchase temporary 45 day tags should you desire to do so). Within that 45 days period, the attorney for the estate will process the transfer of the title through the Franklin County Probate Court and the title transfer documents will be mailed to you.
