The golf cart must be removed before 5 PM on Thurs., Oct 31.

On payment, the buyer will receive a bill of sale (which will allow you to purchase temporary 45 day tags should you desire to do so). Within that 45 days period, the attorney for the estate will process the transfer of the title through the Franklin County Probate Court and the title transfer documents will be mailed to you.
