Onsite auction near Delaware Ohio featuring commercial woodworking tools, contractor's tools, household goods, appliances, a few antiques & collectibles and more! Auction begins to close at 7 PM on Sunday, January 22, 2023. Items close 2 items per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).

Pick-up of items will be BY APPOINTMENT on Monday & Tuesday, January 23 & 24, between 9 AM and 4:30 PM, and Fri. Jan 27 from 9 AM to 4 PM at the storage units next to Northwest Building Resources at 5830 US-42, Ostrander, Ohio 43061 (please follow direction signs to Auction Pickup when arriving). If you are the high bidder, you will receive an emailed notification that your invoice is ready to view on the website after all items in the auction have closed; your invoice will include a link to sign up for your pickup appointment. All items must be paid for and removed at these times, with no exceptions. There is no shipping or delivery available for this auction. 

Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash payments. There is no sales tax at this location. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You may pay by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or PayPal.  All items are purchased AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Please note that we are having a pretty decent amount of snowfall here in central Ohio today (Sunday Jan. 22). It is supposed to taper off this afternoon, but the snow on the gravel at the storage units where the tools are located may present challenges for loading. We are adding a 3rd pickup day on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 9 AM to 4 PM as an alternative option.
