Pick-up of items will be BY APPOINTMENT on Monday, October 30, between 9 AM and 6:30 PM at the condo near Euclid Ave. & W. Central Ave., Delaware, Ohio 43015. Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces available for our use at any time at this location, and there is no nearby on street parking. IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU BE ON TIME FOR YOUR SCHEDULED PICKUP. Trailers will not be an option at this location given the driveway configuration. DO NOT PULL INTO THE GRASS. If you are the high bidder, you will receive an emailed notification that your invoice is ready to view on the website after all items in the auction have closed; your invoice will include a link to sign up for your pickup appointment. All items must be paid for and removed at these times, with no exceptions. There is no shipping or delivery available for this auction.  Loading help will NOT be available; be sure you bring adequate help to safely move and load your items from where they are located now (indicated on Lot Details page) into your vehicle.
