Online auction in Delaware condo featuring mid-century and other furniture, coins, jewelry, books, glassware, collectibles, household goods and much more! Auction begins to close at 7 PM on Sunday, October 29, 2023. Items close 2 items per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).
Pick-up of items will be BY APPOINTMENT on Monday, October 30, between 9 AM and 6:30 PM at the condo near Euclid Ave. & W. Central Ave., Delaware, Ohio 43015. Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces available for our use at any time at this location, and there is no nearby on street parking. IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU BE ON TIME FOR YOUR SCHEDULED PICKUP. Trailers will not be an option at this location given the driveway configuration. DO NOT PULL INTO THE GRASS. If you are the high bidder, you will receive an emailed notification that your invoice is ready to view on the website after all items in the auction have closed; your invoice will include a link to sign up for your pickup appointment. All items must be paid for and removed at these times, with no exceptions. There is no shipping or delivery available for this auction. Loading help will NOT be available; be sure you bring adequate help to safely move and load your items from where they are located now (indicated on Lot Details page) into your vehicle. Note that almost everything in this auction is up a flight of stairs, as this is a second story walk-up condo. Also, bring boxes or totes and packing materials if you purchased items that may need to be packed, as items may not be packed up for you.
Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash payments. There is no sales tax at this location. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
