Online auction in Grandview Heights featuring machine / metal shop equipment and related tools, machinist's tools, other shop tools & equipment, metal stock, & related items. Auction begins to close at 7 PM on Thursday, September 7, 2023. Items close 2 items per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).
There will be a preview for these items on Wed. August 30 from 4 PM to 7 PM at 1195 Wyandotte Rd., Grandview Heights, Ohio 43212.
We will have 2 pick-up days for this auction, the first intended for smaller items and tools, and the second intended mostly for larger equipment. Day one of pickups will be, as usual, BY APPOINTMENT on Friday, Sept. 8, between 10 AM and 6 PM at the home at 1195 Wyandotte Rd., Grandview Heights, Ohio 43212. If you are the high bidder, you will receive an emailed notification that your invoice is ready to view on the website after all items in the auction have closed; your invoice will include a link to sign up for your pickup appointment. Day two of pickups will be Tues., Sept. 12. also between 10 AM and 6 PM. I will be individually contacting the buyers of the large equipment pieces and coordinating times, as certain pieces need to move before others can be accessed, as noted in item descriptions. If you cannot pickup your smaller purchases on day one, we will try to accomodate you on day two, but please note that the equipment buyers will have priority on that day and access to the garage will be limited much of the day. There is no shipping or delivery available for this auction.
Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash payments. There is no sales tax at this location. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
