Online auction in Grandview (Part I of two, second part closing Thurs. evening with same pickup times) featuring thousands of pieces of Heisey, antique and contemporary furniture, rugs, artwork, antiques & collectibles, books, and much more! Auction begins to close at 7 PM on Wednesday, July 26, 2023. Items close 2 items per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).

Pick-up of items will be BY APPOINTMENT (at the same time and place as the pickup for Part II) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, July 28, 29, & 30, between 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM at the home near W. 1st Ave. & Glenn Ave., Grandview Heights, Ohio 43212. If you are the high bidder, you will receive an emailed notification that your invoice is ready to view on the website after all items in the auction have closed; your invoice will include a link to sign up for your pickup appointment. All items must be paid for and removed at these times, with no exceptions. There is no shipping or delivery available for this auction. Loading help will NOT be available; be sure you bring adequate help to safely move and load your items from where they are located now (indicated on Lot Details page) into your vehicle. Also, bring boxes or totes and packing materials if you purchased items that may need to be packed, as items will not be packed up for you.

Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash payments. There is no sales tax at this location. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You may pay by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or PayPal.  All items are purchased AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
