Red executive swivel office chair. I'm not sure if it's leather or leather look. There is some mildew on the sides and back you'll want to wipe off, comes off easily with a damp cloth. Location: first floor office.

If you are the high bidder, you will receive an emailed notification that your invoice is ready to view on the website after all items in the auction have closed; your invoice will include a link to sign up for your pickup appointment. All items must be paid for and removed at these times (with the possible exception of the piano). There is no shipping or delivery available for this auction. Loading help will NOT be available; be sure you bring adequate help to safely move and load your items from where they are located now (indicated on Lot Details page) into your vehicle. Also, bring boxes or totes and packing materials if you purchased items that may need to be packed, as items will not be packed up for you. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES FOR ALL PERSONS AT THE PICKUP.

Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash payments. There is no sales tax applicable to this auction. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You may pay by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or PayPal.
