Auction begins to close at 7 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025. Items close 4 items per minute (note accelerated close rate due to number of lots), with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).
Pick-up of items will be BY APPOINTMENT on Saturday & Sunday, August 23 & 24, between 9 AM and 7 PM at the home near Robinson Rd. & Burns Rd. Marysville, Ohio 43040. If you are the high bidder, you will receive an emailed notification that your invoice is ready to view on the website after all items in the auction have closed; your invoice will include a link to sign up for your pickup appointment. All items must be paid for and removed at these times, with no exceptions. There is no shipping or delivery available for this auction. Please note the locations in the lot descriptions, as you may have to go up and down stairs to retrieve your winning items.
Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash payments. There is no sales tax at this location. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
