In the event that Parcel 3 and Parcel 5 sell to different buyers, the buyer of Parcel 5 will grant to the buyer of Parcel 3 an easement to access a lift station for waste water from the camp buildings located in Parcel 5. 

In the event that Pacrel 3 and Parcel 4 sell to different buyers, the buyer of Parcel 3 will grant a temporary easment for a period of 9 months from the date of the auction to the buyer of Parcel 4 to continue using the current driveway to the house which is accessed off the main road into the camp. During that 9 months the buyer of Parcel 4 can create a new drive onto the Durbin Rd. frontage.
